First, you must know that there are 3 kinds of proposals: Resolutions, Condemnations, and Commendations.

A Resolution affects gameplay.

A Condemnation condemns a nation or region for bad behavior.

A Commendation commends a nation or region for good behavior.

Here's the proposal format:

Proposal Title:

Proposal Type:

Body:

Sponsor of Proposal (The group or country that made it):

A Parliamentary member will present your proposal to the Parliament if they like it.
