I think we should have certain penalties for condemned nations.
Those who are condemned by Parliament and therefore criticized by the region will not be able to join or continue service in Parliament, the Regional Armed Forces, or any other government or government authorized position.

Agreed, at least until the sanction is lifted, they will be probationary members.
