Mods/Admin:  Control over everything.
Lords: Elected to parliament, these people are allowed to vote on proposals.
Ministers: Appointed by the Prime Minister, these people are allowed to make policies based on their areas of expertise.
Full Members: Has been a member for a week, is allowed to vote in elections and make  proposals.
Probationary Members: Are allowed to post, but not allowed to vote. Has been member for less than a week or broken rules of the forum or region.
